If the energies are not working in the first 10 minutes for you, the client or me, the reader, either one of us can ask to stop the reading and I will offer a full refund. After this if we decide to move forward with the session, there will be no refund. I would also like to advise you that I will not connect with anyone in the physical world by request if they have not given me permission to do so. Therefore, no third-party readings will be provided on people who are not present at the time of the reading.
I go into each reading with the best intentions for your highest good & genuinely hope that you enjoy your experience with me. Since all information is channelled through the filter of my mind, I am as open as anyone to make human errors & possible misinterpretations. Therefore, it’s important to note that all information is just information, not advice. My aim is always to channel as purely and accurately as possible.
Further I cannot advise you on future events & predictions. I can purely offer information as channelled through me, as to what possible paths are available to you, should you wish to pursue them. Each client’s psychic/mediumship consultation is subject to the client’s own personal interpretation. What you decide to do with the information given to you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. Invoice is due 7 days prior to the session, failing which the session will be automatically cancelled & a new date will have to be scheduled depending upon availability.
Since the information I am channelling is coming through for you, I do not retain the same after the session is over. Therefore, all readings are standalone which means I am unable to take follow up questions after the session is over.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
You may cancel your session at any time up to 7 days prior to the confirmed time & date by sending me an email. Once the payment has been received, you can reschedule up to within 24 hours of your session that is till 1 day prior to the reading. I am unable to accommodate any rescheduling / cancellation after that & no refund will be provided.
It is your responsibility to make a note of the confirmed date & time & be on time for the session. No refunds will be given for not being available for our scheduled appointment and/or missed appointments for a scheduled session. Extending the appointment will not be automatically allowed if you are late and no pro-rated fee or refund will be given. Please make sure you are familiar with Zoom prior to the session & test it. If you are not able to connect, this counts as a “no show,” in which case no refunds will be given.
I will record your session or sessions and send the recordings to you at your authorized email address. No recordings by you or any other third parties are permitted These recordings may not be altered, reproduced, sold, published or shared through any means without my written permission.
